Master Waitlist
ABOUT
Our master waitlist is one general reservation list that secures your place for future litters rather than a single, specific puppy. It's designed for families who are ready to welcome a puppy into their home within 0-18 months.
The master waitlist allows families who are truly invested in our program and secures a priority spot for future litters rather than waiting and hoping availability aligns at the right time. Joining the waitlist does not mean you are committing to a specific puppy or litter. You are reserving a place in our program while waiting on litters being born and waiting for the best time that works for your family within the 18 months of placing your deposit.
It also allows us to really get to know the families that are joining the luxipaws family! This is something that is truly important to us.
HOW IT WORKS
First start by reading about our program, About us, about the master waitlist, etc. If you are serious about welcoming a pup into your home within 18 months, Start by applying for your pup!
If approved, you will place a $500 non refundable deposit. Once your deposit is placed,
You will then be added to the bottom of the master waitlist. When a pregnancy is confirmed we begin at the top of our waitlist and work our way down reaching out to families in order until that litters reservation list has been filled.
We will give you a passcode so you can check what place you are in line.
At that point, families may either move forward with that specific litter, in which case their name is transferred to that reservation list or they can pass on that litter and remain on the master waitlist for future opportunities.
NOTE-
Puppy availability depends on litter size, the number of males and females, and which families ahead of you choose to move forward.
Once pups are born we begin reaching out to families on that specific waitlist.
At that time, you will receive an email with-

Litter details (birth date, go home dates, genders, pricing, etc.)

You will then will have the option to move forward with that litter or wait for a future opportunity.
Please respond within 24 hours or we may move to the next family.
PUPPY SELECTIONS-

Once puppies are about 7 weeks old puppy picks will begin.

Puppy selections will be in order of deposits that were placed for that specific litter.

We will send videos, pictures, info on pups, and facetime for puppy selections.

Once you select your pup you will then send a $500 deposit for a total of a $1,000 deposit that will be put towards the pup.

You will then receive regular pictures, videos, and updates on the pup.

We will also send the contract to you, a plan to bring your pup home, and make sure you are prepared for your pup.
BRINGING YOUR PUP HOME-
Full payment of pup is due 2 days before the pup heads home.
We will give you updates and reminders on everything.
now that your pup is finally home be patient while they adjust to your home! Please give all the updates and ask any questions you may have!

It's super important to us when choosing families for our pups. We are extremely picky and want to get to know you and keep a relationship with you. FAMILIES WANTING TO JOIN THE WAITLIST-
If you are considering joining our waitlist we would like you to have a timeframe in mind but also be flexible with timing too. We would love families to join our list if you are specifically drawn to our program, ethical breeding, education, unique dogs, how we raise our pups, etc.
We want you to be part of the process and not just the end result.
FAMILIES ON WAITLIST-
Families on waitlist should be prepared to bring a pup home within the next 18 months.
You will receive a priority notification when upcoming litters are planned, confirmed pregnant, and born.
Once a litter is born you are notified and given details on the litter and will have the choice to choose to get on that litters list for a pup before public announcements are made. While you are on the waitlist this gives you time to prepare for your new pup and have ongoing communication and transparency with us. We want to build a relationship with you and help with any questions you may have.
IMPORTANT POLICIES -
We cannot guarantee exact timelines of available pups. Timelines can unexpectedly change due to, heat cycles changing unexpectedly, female does not get pregnant, health considerations, etc. You will not lose your spot on the waitlist due to any of these things.
When you receive your email about a litter you have 24 hours to respond. If no response we move on to the next person and you will lose your spot in line for that specific litter. If you choose to pass on that litter it is now open to the next person in line or if not filled that spot is available to the public. If you choose to get on that specific litters list and decide you don't want a pup from that litter anymore, you will be moved to the bottom of the master list. This does not count if you are wanting a specific gender, you will just keep your place in line on the waitlist and be notified when there is a litter opportunity. This only counts if that pup is already been selected by you. You can choose to pass on litters but if you get back on a specific litter list you have to stick to that litter for a pup or your non refundable deposit expires and you will be took off of our waitlist.
Deposits reserve your place on the waitlist for up to 18 months
We reserve the right and have first pick/picks to any puppy/puppies to keep back for our program or other programs from ANY litter.
We have our selections to a specific pup by 7 weeks old. Our selections are made first then we move onto the wait list for puppy selections.
