Are you willing and able to provide a new puppy/dog with optimal health care, quality nutrition, and exercise? Are You Aware of The Costs of Care For This Puppy? (Crate, Bedding, Toys, Grooming, etc.?)
Are you able to provide a new puppy/dog our recommended grooming routine as well as training?
Are you aware that poodles and goldenoodles have a high maintenance coat that will require professional grooming every 6-8 weeks? We require you to bring them to us for grooming. Do you agree?
I understand that a new puppy is a lot of hard work including patience, consistency, and love during its first year of life. Are you committed to daily training and activity with your new puppy?
Do you agree to sign and follow our contract aswell as sign the updated contract if things need changed?
Do you understand and agree that we have FULL BREEDING RIHTS to the dog and you may never breed them?
Does everyone in your household support the decision to become a guardian family and understand that the dog remains part of the luxipaws breeding program until retirement?
Do I understand that you are responsible for all routine, non-breeding expenses, while while we (luxipaws) cover approved breeding-related expenses?
Do you understand that guardian ownership requires regular communication and travel for breeding, health testing, scheduled stays, and whelping when applicable. Are you willing and able to provide transportation as required throughout my dog’s breeding career?
Do you understand that the guardian dog may not live with or have access to an intact dog of the opposite sex?
