We are a in home ethical family breeder dedicated to raising high quality well rounded poodle and goldendoodle pups! Our puppies are raised on an advanced curriculum for 12 weeks, they come from health tested parents, and raised in a loving environment! we are located in southern Utah about 2 hours from Las Vegas! (We offer free delivery to Vegas and do have a flight nanny that can deliver so don’t let location keeping you from getting your dream pup!) Our dogs are our lives at treated as family members.
Hi! We are so happy you’re here! we are Summer and Ellie a mom and daughter team and we are behind everything you see here at luxi paws poodles and doodles! We are a family of 7 and the others help out too when it gets busy! Our program began in 2023 when Ellie was just 16! we welcomed our very first red micro goldendoodle Coco and fell in love with her! and then we came across Merle Goldendoodles and realized there were a lot more coat colors then just red Goldendoodles! Just 2 weeks later we welcomed banx the Merle mini Goldendoodle into our family too! We did research on different breeds and found that Goldendoodles and poodles were the best fit for our family as many of us were very allergic to dogs and most dogs shed. We decided we wanted to bring other families the best companions! Not only are they are allergy friendly and are very low shedding, they are the cutest and fluffiest real life teddy bears ever! They really are forever puppies! They are one of the most loyal, smartest, family dogs! We fell in love with their temperaments! As we were raising coco and banx we were learning about how to be the best ethical breeder and learning genetics! We loved learning about different coat colors and genetics there were and decided we wanted to specialize in unique colorful and flashy pups that you don’t see that often! Of course color is not everything. Health, temperament, and structure come first!

Here at Luxi Paws Poodles and Doodles, we are a in home breeder in southern Utah. Our passion lies in raising healthy, well-tempered, and well-mannered puppies that are ready to make the perfect companion with their forever families. Everything we do with raising our pups is done with intention even down to feeding them the highest quality food. We take it very seriously raising our pups. Our pups are raised on an advanced curriculum for 12 weeks.
At just three days old, we start ENS and ESI training with our puppies to ensure they receive the best head start possible. ENS is a brief, daily five-step handling program performed between days 3 and 16 of a puppy's life to boost stress tolerance, improve cardiovascular health, stress tolerance, disease resistance, and overall health. ESI is a brief daily routine used between days 3 and 16 of a puppy's life to build nose awareness, boost confidence, and improve scent recognition.
Our dedicated approach includes safe socialization, early exposure to various smells, sounds, and textures, along with grooming routines, puppy massages, and have them problem solve! We also start their recall, and teach them to have manners. They are raised in our home so they are used to loud household items and normal household routine to prepare them for their new homes. It's extremely important to us to raise as good as pups as possible, everything we do gives the pups the best start of being good, and well rounded dogs.
We truly care about these pups! Everything we do is so they are set up for success for their new home! We know that it's very common for pups to go home at 8 weeks old, But we intentionally keep back and raise the pups at our house for 12 weeks rather than 8 weeks old!
We believe it’s the most ethical way to raise pups and are not in a rush to push pups out of our home. it’s proven that they should stay longer to have more time with mom and littermates staying longer teaches them bite inhibition, canine communication, emotional resilience, bladder control, and overall social skills!
Ethical breeders keep the pups longer to start them on routines and house training and prioritize their development needs rather than convenience.
We use the extra 4 weeks to invest heavily in socialization, handling, and early training foundations like crate training or routines! Doing all of this work reduces the stress of transition when the puppy finally moves to a new home.
​We specialize in smaller pups so most the time it’s better for them to stay with their moms longer! At 8 weeks old they are put on a schedule until 12+ weeks until they go to their new homes!
It’s an easier sleeping and daily routine transition, and very helpful to their new families as well as they have been exposed to normal household sounds and routine. They are fully crate trained and sleeping through the night with no accidents in their crate. They learn that their crate is their safe space and choose to go into their crates by themselves. They are also taught to be calm and learn manners. started outside potty training, on a routine, basic training introduced, and more! (Of course their new homes have to keep up with all the things we do with the pups to continue raising a well rounded dog) with the intentional and extra training we provide, our puppies are also raised in a home with children and get a lot of individual attention.
